Covid-19 has demonstrated that people have different risk tolerances. Accordingly, meeting over Zoom continues to be an available option for parties and counsel who don't feel comfortable meeting in-person. (Of course, risks aside, Zoom also continues to be an option in many cases simply because it is convenient and cost-effective.) In-person meetings are available if all participants agree to meet in person. If some would-be attendees are comfortable meeting in-person and others prefer to attend via Zoom, the possibility of hybrid meetings can also be explored.
